Paulyn Carlos, RN

OR Nurse

Paulyn Carlos is a highly skilled and dedicated OR nurse at Queens Surgical Center. Paulyn embarked on her educational journey at Little Merry Hearts Montessori Center, where she completed her primary education. She then attended Sacred Heart Academy of Novaliches for her secondary education, graduating in 2004. Paulyn pursued her passion for nursing at Our Lady of Fatima University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2008.

Paulyn’s career in nursing is marked by her commitment to patient care and excellence in clinical practice. She began her career as an ambulatory nurse with SAFAD Group in Saudi Arabia, where she served from December 2010 to May 2017. In this role, she was responsible for receiving patients, taking vital signs, preparing treatment rooms, administering medications, and educating patients.

In September 2017, Paulyn took on a role as a staff nurse in the emergency room at Taguig Medical Center. She then moved to Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she worked as a staff nurse in the outpatient department and as an operating room nurse from January 2018 to July 2022. Her responsibilities included attending to patients, assisting in surgeries, ensuring patient understanding of physician orders, and maintaining proper documentation.

Paulyn’s extensive experience across various departments, including ophthalmology, cardiology, internal medicine, and the operating room, demonstrates her versatility and adaptability in nursing. Her ability to communicate in Filipino, English, and Arabic further enhances her capacity to provide culturally competent care. Paulyn’s dedication to patient-centered care, coupled with her clinical expertise, makes her an invaluable asset to the healthcare community.
