Shanice Williams is a dedicated professional serving as the office manager at Queens Surgical Center. She holds an impressive background in the healthcare sector, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Shanice’s educational journey is noteworthy. She is an alumna of the Allen School of Health Sciences, where she pursued the Medical Assistant Program from September 2019 onwards. This education has equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in her role.

In addition to her education, Shanice holds several certifications that further enhance her expertise. She is a certified direct support professional (DSP) and has also obtained certifications in child abuse-mandated reporting, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillator (AED) operation. These certifications reflect her commitment to providing quality care and support in healthcare settings.

Before joining Queens Surgical Center, Shanice gained valuable experience at New York Methodist Hospital. From January 2013 to July 2016, she worked as an environmental aide. In this role, she performed a variety of duties in the building services department, ensuring that hospital areas were cleaned and disinfected. She was also responsible for cleaning and disinfecting bassinets and incubators in the NICU and nursery.
