Yi S. Chen, DO, FACOS, is a highly accomplished general surgeon based in Queens, New York. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England, where he gained a solid foundation in osteopathic principles and practices. Dr. Chen completed his residency in rehabilitation and internship in physical medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital & Medical Center, where he honed his skills in the field of physical medicine.

Dr. Chen’s passion for surgical care led him to pursue an internship and residency in general surgery at Wyckoff Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. During this time, he gained extensive experience in a wide range of surgical procedures. Currently, Dr. Chen serves as a general surgeon at Queens Surgical Center, where he is recognized for his exceptional surgical skills and patient-centered approach.

In addition, he holds the position of Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at NYIT College Of Osteopathic Medicine, where he is actively involved in teaching and training the next generation of medical professionals.
